1. Get your website ready: Set up your WordPress website on your domain (or migrate your website if you are building elsewhere)

2. Create a new admin user: Once you are logged into your website, head to Users > Add new user and create a new ‘Admin’ user with the email/username elie@rickywallace.co.uk. Generate a password, note it down, and hit ‘save’ (you will delete Elie as an admin once your licenses are connected)

3. Getting your access: Once you have added Elie as an Admin, reply to your confirmation email (or send an email to elie@rickywallace.co.uk stating your order number) with your website URL and password. Elie will then log in to your website with the details you provided and install & connect your Elementor Pro license. Typically, this is within 48 hours, but often sooner.

4. You can also benefit from having up to 9 development sites to play around with: To do this, you need to add a subdomain from your hosting account in the format below. If you are not familiar with this, just Google “how to add a subdomain [your hosting company]” to find a tutorial:

staging[1-9].yourdomain.com  (e.g staging1.rickywallace.co.uk)

Just as above, you need to add Elie as an Admin, send her your website URL and the password you set, and she will connect everything up.

Once connected, you can delete Elie as an Admin user.
