If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. All I ask is that you haven’t completed more than 50% of the course to keep things fair. Simply follow the steps below to initiate your refund:
- Send me a message: Send a refund request from my support page using the contact form with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your name, purchase date, and the email address used for the purchase in the body of the email.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. You can expect to see the refund in your account within just a few business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Important Note
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 50% of the course as mentioned. This policy helps ensure that the refund process is fair for both students and myself – the instructor. I encourage you to evaluate the course content and progress at your own pace within the first 7 days to make an informed decision.
How to Check Your Course Progress
To check how much of the course you have completed, simply log into your course dashboard and review your progress. Please ensure you click on ‘Mark lesson as complete’ as you reach the end of each lesson so that your progress is kept up to date. This will help you determine if you are eligible for a refund under our policy.
Failure to mark lessons as complete will impact your visible course progress and potentially lead to consuming more than 50% of the course, at which point you will no longer be able to request a refund. Admins wills always be able to see course progress regardless of students marking lessons as complete, so if you are uncertain of your actual progress then feel free to email me from the support page.
